T.O.S
The Client must provide clear visual reference for any characters in the commission. (No written descriptions.)Clients can request for minor changes on the sketching stage free of charge. Requests for major changes after the sketch has been approved will be rejected.If the Client allows the Artist to use their creative freedom, such as not requesting a specific pose or idea for the commission before the Artist has started, the Artist can deny any request for major changes.There will be no refunds once a commission has been accepted.The Artist will provide updates throughout the process, including informing the Client about any unexpected delays.All commissions will be watermarked.The Client can only use the commission for personal use.The Client is not allowed to repost the commission on their social media. (Sites such as Toyhouse are exempt from this, however)The Artist retains all rights to the art and can post it to promote themselves, even if the commission includes the Client’s characters.Clients can request beforehand, however, that a commission be withheld from being posted publicly up till a certain date. (E.g waiting to post a commission until an anniversary so as to not spoil a gift for someone.)The Client cannot alter the commissioned work at all [this includes editing or removing the watermark].The Artist has the right to reject any commission for any reason (e.g if the Client is requesting something the Artist is not comfortable drawing/ is out of their skillset). The Client is free to ask about these boundaries.If the Client has a certain deadline for the commission, they must tell the Artist beforehand and the Artist will let them know if it can realistically be done on time or not.The Artist will not accept any commercial use of their art. This includes NFTs, logos, etc.By commissioning me, you are consenting that you’ve read, understood, and agreed to all of my T.O.S. If the Client goes against any of these terms, they will be banned from commissioning me in the future.
